I’m a certified Rapid Results Life Coach, trained by Christian Mickelsen. During an energy session I combine techniques from Reiki, quantum healing, crystal therapy and sacred geometry to help support balance and wellbeing in your body and energy field, address physical or emotional pain and support the body and mind in releasing fear, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging patterns and dis-ease. Reiki and other healing touch therapies have been around for centuries.
Research on forms of energy healing like acupressure, acupuncture, Reiki and healing touch therapy suggests that energy medicine may help relieve numerous forms of pain. Healing energy can help alleviate headaches and migraines; back, knee, shoulder and neck pain; and arthritic pain. Studies suggest that Reiki is beneficial as a form of complementary medicine to help boost immunity and speed up recovery for patients dealing with serious health conditions, including cancer and chemotherapy treatment, childbirth and postpartum healing, and healing after surgery. Many forms of energy healing promote relaxation and an overall sense of well-being. Spiritual healing, in particular, helps you improve peace in your life, thereby reducing stress on the body and working to prevent disease. Because many forms of energy medicine help improve your mood and induce a relaxed, balanced state, they are known to promote healing, reduce anxiety, and support immune function.

During this session I use tuning forks in the Solfeggio frequencies of 174hz – for relieving pain and stress and and 93.96hz – the 12th harmonic of the Schumann Resonance which is the electromagnetic pulse of the Earth and has been shown to provide a wide range of benefits including weight loss, pain & tension reduction, improved digestion, increased energy and overall well-being. Studies and research from the HeartMath Institute as well as many other scientific investigations have proven what ancient traditions have known for millennia – the body and all of its organs emit energy fields as well as pulses of light and frequency. In fact everything in the cosmos radiates and emits energy and light from the largest planets to the smallest electron. The application of sound to help promote healing, balance and harmony in the body has been practiced as long as humanity has been in existence. From drums and bells to crystal bowls and harps, certain sounds seems to have the ability to heal, restore, re-balance and support the physical and energy body in returning to its natural state of harmony. *****There is no direct contact during the distance session.
